Earthling Outerwear was created by Kate Shooltz - a moss artist and avid nature explorer better known as Kate the Earthling. As a life long nature lover, Kate has dedicated her adult life to promoting a biophilic lifestyle - one enriched by nature. Since 2018, Kate has created green walls and other biophilic art that bring nature to our indoor spaces. A time came when Kate realized her artwork was only addressing half of her mission and half of our lives - our time spent indoors. Thus, Earthling Outerwear was created.

Earthling Outerwear is Kate’s effort to encourage outdoor connection. By incorporating nature into our lives, both indoors and out, we build a deeper bond with the planet - our home. It is though these bonds we witness the interconnectedness of the Earth and realize the importance of our role here as Earthlings.
